Welcome to Ramifans ("Ramifans", "we", "us", or "the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ramifans website and the content and features made available through it. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & age requirement

The Service contains sexually explicit, adult-only material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to access it. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that adult content is legal to view where you live. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing this material complies with the laws that apply to you.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Subscriptions, access & billing

• Premium access is sold as a time-limited membership (for example monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
• Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card or wallet details.
• Your access is granted for the paid period and ends when that period expires unless renewed.
• Prices, plans, and promotional offers may change; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
• Cryptocurrency and certain other payments may be non-refundable by nature. Any refund or cancellation terms we offer will be published on the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, record, screen-capture, download (except where a feature explicitly allows it), redistribute, resell, publicly display, or share any content from the Service;
• Share your account or your access with any other person;
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls, access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service;
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass any person.

Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Intellectual property & content

All content on the Service is owned by Ramifans or its content partners and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for your own private, non-commercial use only. This licence does not transfer any ownership and ends when your access ends. Unauthorized distribution of our content is a serious violation and may be pursued under applicable law.

6. Content warning

The Service depicts consenting adults. All performers were verified to be at least 18 years of age at the time of production. See our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement for details.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramifans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
