Our response

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
